Our Process: From Brief to Delivery

1. Location Recce:
   Before any shoot, our production team always conducts a location recce. We visit the site—whether it’s indoors or outdoors—at specific times of day to understand the lighting conditions and the layout of the location. This helps us ensure that we know exactly how to style and light the space. If needed, we’ll also provide styling recommendations to make sure the setting looks perfect.

2. Written Brief Before Quoting:
   We require a written brief from the client outlining their vision and needs. Only after we receive this agreed-upon brief do we provide a quote—never the other way around.

3. Contract and Timeline:
   Once the quote is agreed on, we provide a contract that includes the written brief, the production dates, the location recce date, and the timeline for editing and delivery. Both the client and I sign this contract to ensure we’re all on the same page.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms:
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final project.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel 10 or more days before the shoot, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

• If you cancel less than 10 days before the shoot, the deposit will be non-refundable.

This cancellation policy helps us manage our commitments to our freelance crew members—such as makeup artists, camera operators, and sound technicians—who we book in advance for your shoot. This ensures that we can fairly compensate them for reserving their time and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
